You mean this calendar year? Initially I didn't think it was this week, but the more I think about it, the more I think it's possible. Due to the early signing day, most of the negative recruiting news happened in December. Most of the 2019 negative recruiting news (Bogle and Stephenson commitments, especially) were kinda of quickly overshadowed by the portal.

Of course, if instead of looking at this calendar year (2019), you look at the last 12 months, there were easily a dozen or so worse weeks (basically every week in October-December, and September wasn't that much better).

For sure, 2019.

The last four months of 2018 had many weeks worse than this one. Freezing my *** off watching Boston ******* College beat this team would be up there.

It isn't the worst week. I just think that we are all excited to get the season going again after what happened last year. I think that winning 10 in 2017 was like getting a glass of water after walking through the desert for 10 straight days. Then in 2018 it was like the water was a mirage. We all know that QB play is a MAJOR factor in the success for top college football teams. It was for us in every great year. Our QB play has been so bad that we have held out our hopes on Dan Enos getting N'Kosi better or Tate Martel transforming the offense. I think some of us see that the national and local media is really not giving Miami a chance and that is weighing on some of these threads as well.

Honestly, anything other than Enos making N'kosi better is a wild card. Yeah, Martel has played a "Bit" but still nothing you can hang the hat on. I really don't understand the JW enthusiasm. NO ONE has seen him play. That dude couldn't beat out #12. In my opinion, N'kosi will win the job because he has played. He can't help but to get better. You can blame Richt's play calling all you want but N'kosi was not very good. That is also weighing on peoples minds in the threads. The team has the talent. The team also has a major unknown in the QB position. I know, the O line is a potential pit fall but you also have to think that technique from a better coach will help that.

It all boils down to the QB. I think it's great everyone is so excited/nervous for the season. It makes it fun. It shows the love for a once great power house that hopefully will be one again soon.

Way too long to read but I disagree with whatever you said.

Nice comment. Very fair and truthful of where we are.
