Bad #Canes stat of the day: UM is 2-5 in its last seven games, with losses by an average 22 points. Record-wise, worst stretch since (1/2)

2-9 under Shannon (07-08). Blowout-wise, worst since Saban (77-78) was 0-8 w/ losses by average of 20 points. & both Saban/Shannon beat FSU.

Yet our gutless AD is pleased with the "progress" and excited about the direction of the program.

This sucks on so many levels. I wish I did not give a **** about this program but I do, I really do.

Barring a miraculous turnaround, I am done with the staff. Thanks for building the talent back up, now let's get a coaching staff that wins. NDSU, are you listening?

I made my 14 year old son be a Cane fan, only one of my teams that I told him he had to root for. To him this current version is Cane football, he watched The U 30 for 30 and couldn't believe we actually used to hammer teams.

Heard a stat on the Coop and Crowder show:

Golden is 11-37 in his career when facing a team with a winning record.

Yowsers...

I saw on the Miami Herald that Manny used the "we're missing bodies" excuse for Al. He listed 27 players who were either kicked off or never made it in to the team. Most of the players were low 3 star guys who are not making an impact on the FCS schools they play for now. It's funny he would use that excuse, b/c I could've sworn our team we put on the field right now are litered w/ Parade All Americans, UA All Americans, and Army All American players. I could've sworn that we fielded some of the top talent, by ranking, in the nation. And I could've sworn that missing bench players has nothing to do w/ an inept game plan that's filled w/ vanilla imagination. I could've sworn that losing players has nothing to do w/ a CAREER record of 11-37 against schools w/ winning records and 1-23 against schools that won 8 games or more the previous year. This guy will use every excuse in the world of why he sold us a lemon automobile. The jig is up, numbers don't lie, and what these numbers say is that Al can't coach. He could have the No. 1 recruiting class EVERY single year, and we still won't be more than mediocre under his guidance. He will always use the same excuses: We were too young, It's a Process, We're Building Something, It's on the coaches...back to We were too young. SMH.

I've seen enough. We have line backers 15 yards from the line of scrimmage on 4th and 1 lolololololol we are the laughing stock of the nation

But it's the banner demanding this shltshow end that'll hurt recruiting, not the fact that we are an embarrassment on the field.
