This is what I wonder as well. Schiano and Mario "Dale" Cristobal both screwed us, but they are quick to look past that. Totally unfair.

Curtis Johnson is a great reason for programs like Tulane to exist. Give him a shot, and if he fails, wtf, it's at Tulane/SMU/Iowa St/etc. If he does well, then he moves up to big boy football.

Didn't they toss him more $$ after his name was floated here? i know my memory is bad - but it's not THAT bad.
Funny too that the rub on Mario is that he's arrogant and difficult to work with.
I'd have a tough time figuring out who's worse - Mario or Schiano in that respect.

The only reason Chud, Chimp, and the Cuban are present in this coaching search are their status as ex-UM guys. Think about it for a second, is there a single other job that has any of those 3 mentioned for it? Of course not, and, as such, they would be, in truth, underwhelming lazy hires.


The worst though, IMO, would be Chud. Never was a head coach at the level, hasn't even been involved in the college game in quite awhile. No thanks.
