There are a few resident amateur scouts and people who try hard to get inside info and sometimes succeed. The Work is an update on recruitment and probably the coaching staff in this case. Pete has migrated towards being more of a professional over the years, and is not on the board as much, but when he is around the information is usually interesting to read, though never take it as a fact until the ink dries.
