WORD IS CHANGE IS COMING

I learnt in Engineering that when encountering an issue, you must get to the root cause of that issue in order to fix it. Have we done that with our football Program's lack of success? I also learned that if you ask yourself the "Why" question 5 times or less, you normally get to the root cause of any issue. Let's try it here:

Why are we as UM Fans frustrated? Because our Team, as usual, sucks and is underachieving.

Why is our Team underachieving? Because our QB's suck, our OL is terrible, our Special Teams suck, our LB's are consistently out of position, our offensive play calling sucks, etc., etc.

Why is that? Coaches are not teaching properly. Wrong coaches. Players don't seem motivated, etc., etc., etc.

Why is that? Too many different problem areas are referred to in any discipline as an "Out of Control" process.

Why is our Team out of control. Starts and ends with head coach, and he has shown a consistency over the years of not fully getting the job done. UGA firing ring a bell??

Ill never understand the stubborness of coaches. For 5 years the fans were screaming at Golden and Dorito to put away the read and react defense and let our boys attack. They disregarded the noise and it costs them their careers. Diaz steps in and gives us what we have been screaming for and he is all of a sudden a ******* genius. Richt is now doing the same exact thing with his antiquated offense and if he doesnt wise up and let our athletes play, it's going to ultimately cost him his job as well.

Most HCs are stubborn a$$ pricks surrounded by butt kissing yes-men whose gravy train depends on keeping his ego inflated like the Goodyear blimp.

Nothing will change even if Richt leaves. They'll just hire another clueless wonder. The reason I know this is that the people making the hire are clueless wonders themselves. The entire UM administration is full of them.

What doesn’t make any sense is that our talent LEVEL, top to bottom, is better in 2018 than in 2017 on offense, but there has been a major regression in terms of production, playcalling and preparedness.

I can’t figure out what reason Richt has to be so stubborn, and overlook how much worse we are this year.

If you are gonna fail, go down swinging, empty the cupboard like BC did. Death by a 1,000 papercuts just makes you look incompetent and that’s how you get banners flown on your @ss

It's almost as if the people overseeing this football program are clueless academics with no real-world management experience . . .
