WORD IS CHANGE IS COMING

Art Kehoe is better than Stacy Searles.

And we've fired his *** twice.

Fire Searles, and bring in a top Offensive Line coach. The oline has sucked for the past 10 years, and continues to be the worst performing unit

Getting an offensive coordinator goes without saying. We dont neccesarrily need a spread guru (pro is still fine), but we need someone that can get our recievers the ball.

Jon Richt has no business being a QB coach

Improve the ST play as well.

OC - Lane Kiffin
OL - Whoever it is, pay top dollar. Enough is enough.
QB Coach - Ken Dorsey
ST Coach - John Lovett

Those changes need to be made asap.
yeah cause I'm sure Lane wants to drop being a HC to be an OC at Miami when he left being OC at Alabama to be HC at FAU.

TOTALLY LOGICAL PATH

Really? Patke? The guy who’s coaching up Romeo Finley? One of our best players?
Patke is not good, thats why McCloud, Shaq, and Pickney are not progressing. Not only that, but how has Waymon Steed, or Bradley Jennings, or Mike Smith progressed, not very good if you ask me. The same with Manny Diaz, He is a great DC but should not be coaching LBs.

He was definitely a quality over quantity type guy, but he was a loss. If we decided he wasn’t worth a raise because of our DL recruiting then that’s just foolish. His product on the field has always spoken for itself.
I liked his coaching but I mean his recruiting did destroy our dline depth

Yeah. I didn’t like the hire bc of other needs. But Patke is doing what he was hired to do. Maybe give him some more responsibilities like help w ST?

I wouldn’t touch one thing on defense.

The offensive staff all need to be new OC decisions. Keep and demote and fire at will

I'm still not understanding the problem with Banda and Rumph, can you explain your reasoning you don't like them.
I want experienced coaches not guys who have never coached D1 football before. The DB’s were solid up until the end of last year then they got exposed. The DB’s have been ok this year but Jackson and Dean haven’t been good, Johnson has been ok, Knowles sucks, Redwine has been solid, and Bandy has been alright. The tackling from them hasn’t been the best either.

Recruiting wise idk who Rumph has gotten and Banda has been solid. Next year is their money year with Dean, Jackson, Redwine and Johnson all gone.

Anyone actually believe this horse****? Certainly won’t be any changes mid season. Very slim chance any meaningful changes will be made during the off season. This administration has not once forced any ones arm. You don’t need to look any further than the Golden and Nofrio situation. The admins never put pressure on Al to get a new DC. They certainly won’t put pressure on Richt. They are impotent buffoons. I don’t believe any of it.

Seems the takeaway "news" of any value is quote from "reliable" Gutz at 247 that the top boosters (and I even know who the Tomato King is now) are being heard from (maybe just had a meeting maybe not) and badly want some changes to the current mess, that affect Richt's future role. Seems there is no unanimity as to whether that means Richt will become "just a CEO" or even step aside, or just have a severe coaching re-tool especially regarding OC. Also doesn't seem to indicate he will have to do it now in mid-season, but at least commit to it being done off-season.

All we need to do is get rid of Searles, Pakte, and Little Richt; get a OC/QB coach, for example Kendal Briles, Frank Ponce, or David Yost, a new LB coach that coaches all the LBS not just outside LBs like Pakte did and Manny coaching the other LBs, and a top notch OL coach. Also need to find someone that can coach ST, I have no idea of who though. All of this fire 7/8 of the staff is just unnecessary.

He coaches the striker position which has been a great addition to the defense

I get what your saying about having experience at D1 level, but I disagree with you about the production of our DBs. I don't know how you say Jackson is ok, the dude is doing very good this year, dean is dean, but when Jackson left with that targeting call he definitely stepped up. Bandy is an absolute monster. I can't believe you say Jonhson and Redwine have been ok, like do you watch the games; Johnson still leads the team with tackles, while missing 2 games and Redwine has been darn good himself. The tackling is actually just find, like when the last time you have seen any of our DBs wolf a tackle. And Knowles..... is like Dallas Crawford on defense theres no hope.

Zero chance we told Richt to make changes or resign.

I’m sure he’s hearing rumblings, but they aren’t giving him an ultimatum in his 3rd year after the IPF just went up, 10-3 season last year, and an extension.

BOT meeting at the big cheese at 7pm. Lol offseason will be more exciting than the regular season. What a train wreck.

Who saw all this drama coming before the season started?

Me...from listening to the off-season interviews, I got the sense that this team thought that they had arrived. No way in **** would a ******* freshman from Alabama say "we're gonna send them running home crying to their Mommas" before the season opener.

He doesn’t coach the LBs. He coaches the strikers...that’s why his title is outside linebackers coach.

Never said he wasn't one of the best.
No one has questioned that.

Not that I agree with that decision, but we have to max-out our recruiting resources.
We don't have nearly as many "intern" as some of the SEC schools.
Who would of/could of picked up the slack?

For the record, I, like everyone else, wanted him to stay put.

Pakte coaches OLBs so that does include Strikers, but the only person you can name that has been a huge impact that he coaches is Finley and that is it, Zach Mcloud looks lost, Pickney can't tackle, and Derrick Smith has not been developing, therefore we need a coach who can coach all the LB, Like Vernon Hargreaves.
