I honestly don’t follow recruiting like that to speak on it. But I can tell you he has turned MJ into a NFL draft pick and has been a great CB coach since he has been here.

And Safety play has been very good with Banda.

Patke has been doing well with the strikers but I can rationalize condensing the LB position down to 1 coach.

Let Jr go get a job with a lesser program build his skills and bring in a real oc and work with them on game day play calling, but just not a yes man!!!

He was definitely a quality over quantity type guy, but he was a loss. If we decided he wasn’t worth a raise because of our DL recruiting then that’s just foolish. His product on the field has always spoken for itself.

Absolutely money was never the issue the university has tons of it put away and are too cheap to open up their pockets until Richt became available. Now they need to open up their pockets to get some assistants who know what the **** they are doing (Jon Richt. Searles, Patke, Banda, Rumph)

I'm still not understanding the problem with Banda and Rumph, can you explain your reasoning you don't like them.
