Hartley has to be fired as a special teams coach leave him to recruiting and TEs coach only... we need a ST coach that only does special teams and hopefully a good recruiter as well but we gotta be done with treating special teams like a side job.

Patke is the striker / OLBs coach and Diaz wanted him bc hes been under him and knows what he wants in his defense.

Searles and Jon Richt are fired... if Richt wants to keep Jon on board as a grad assistant that’s fine with me but best case scenario would be a great OC that’s also a good QB coach.

They sure pressured Coker, and I believe Shannon as well, to make changes. I think Golden thought he was safer than he was, so he never changed the D. I think Richt is going to be more like Golden in this respect.

If you read my other comment I never said that he coached OLB for 3 years, so...... I wasnt correcrting myself i was just proving my point.

I pray this is true but I’m very skeptical of this Admin and BOT, after watching them operate over the last 20 years. They are either stupid, lazy, incompetent or don’t give a **** about the football program anymore. Most of them are pretty educated and successful so my guess is they really just don’t care and make lazy hires every 4 to 5 years.

Don't they get on the field for special teams? At least more recently? I feel like they have been in the past two games. I know Hall was on the field at BC.

The fact that we don’t have many insiders at all to confirm if this is complete bullsh*t Is horrible too . Offense suck and not many insiders, horrible times lol

WTF are you talking about? The only coaches worth keeping are

Disz, Dugans, Simpson, Hartley(for recruiting)

All the others havent shown anything and I only include Simpson cuz I gotta give him a little time to show what he can do.

Diaz has earned more time but hes had his bonehead moments.
 
Unless someone with "real" sources comes here and says change is coming, I'll believe it when I see it. Do change/s need to happen. Absolutely! But all this speculation won't make it so.

No one is forcing Richt’s hand at this point. You do realize the school absolutely adores him. There’s no chance he’s being forced to do anything halfway through year three of a total rebuild.

We all think there needs to be changes, certainly hope he can recognize that by his own volition. But no one is making him do anything at this point. Absurdity.
