Guys just face reality we wont have a better season than 10-1 with Rosier as the starting QB and the guy is just too inconsistent and average at best now he can be very clutch which we all really like but its like all season long when Miami plays weaker competition he struggles and we barely win games at the end, now that we finally lost against a weak Pitt team will see what Rosier is really made of against Clemson in the ACC Championship game.

I totally agree. Now he can be loose and play without the pressure of an undefeated season and a 15 game winning streak hanging on his shoulders. He will feel the sting of this lose and hopefully he brings that fire during prime time vs the ND stumbling pixies. We still have the promised land in front of us, let’s see who is hungry enough to go and take it.

Ultimately, the record that really matters is 11-1 or 10-2. If he can redeem himself and lead us to 11-1, there's a very good chance we are in the playoff.

Rosier still put up 14 points (2 td passes) and didn't throw a pick in the worst performance ever.

Running game: Homer --- 14 yards rushing (1.7 average), Dallas --- 4 yards (1.3 average): Equally terrible.

Our defense should have shut out that average Pitt team with a freshman quarterback starting in his 2nd game. Even if you blame some points (Field goals) on the poor field position or terrible punting, there is no excuse for letting them in the end zone when we needed stops.

This was a total team loss. Let's move on to Clemson.

Don't spit facts. It gets in the way of the company narrative.

There's a lot to like about Malik and his character, but he's just not that good of a QB. We've gotta get better QB play.

After saying that I bet he comes out and balls for 60 minutes and we win the ACC. It'd be just like Malik to do that wouldn't it....

Guys he has played over his head and we have a monster defense plus all the stars aligned for Miami to be 10-1, he is a average college QB who can be clutch and wont get rattled easily which is what I really like about him but nothing close to elite or even good, not having much of a running game and having to depend on him to beat a team wont work most of the time and Pitt took total advantage of that.

I appreciate Malik and his contribution to this unbelievable season, but I recognize his limitations. Our OL play does not allow for him to have off days. We’ve been living off of chunk plays all season. He couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn yes and we couldn’t sustain drives which equated to a recipe for disaster. QB competition will definitely be open this spring.

Truth be told he should've been 8-3 this year, maybe even 7-4 if half of UNC's roster wasn't decimated by injuries.

Kind of hard to run the ball when they stack the box and the QB can’t complete easy passes to force them back. Not to mention the abysmal 3rd down percentage and the defense has no time to rest. Just about all of that is on Rosier.

I'm still riding with Malik. Yeah he's been inconsistent and he played like **** yesterday but they're 10-1 and us fans can't be mad at that. I want Malik to be QB next year too. I feel like things can only get better with him. Then when Malik is done there's a competition between nkosi and hopefully jarren Williams. And if they win next week don't hop back on his ****.

We've had 3 undefeated regular seasons in our programs history, and people are complaining about a 1 loss season.

Unfvcking believeable.

I'll take 10-1 (should be 11-1) every year
