Quite the contrary. It’s more effective in women’s basketball because they are not strong enough, nor athletic enough to make every pass on the floor. The men can make every pass and can run and jump like ****. Full court pressure is made to speed up slower teams. But good ball handling and good solid passing will beat ANY full court pressure.
