Alright I think we all want Al & Co. gone, right? So we can bring in another coaching staff with a better feel for Miami. To do that we all are going to have to suffer through an embarrassingly bad season this year. But if we got a better staff at the end of the year, the fans would feel like it was worth it.

Now...at dinner last night the place was watching an old FSU game from last year with Winston at QB. I started giving my wife (a noles fan) a little sh*t about it, saying "better enjoy the glory days now, because this year they ain't doing crap."

Well I got to thinking this morning, with the state of disarray FSU is in right now, could Miami beat them in Talley? If so Golden has a "signature win", and buys himself at least one more season......that's when I woke up in a sweat.

Please tell me that there is NOOO shot at beating FSU this year!

This isn't bama vs auburn you can't win one game and keep your job. I'm in the minority in saying we beat FSU this year , but if Golden like Miami he has to win 10 games
 
hey IDIOT, if Golden goes to tally and beats FSU, and miami has a great seson, you will be riding him so hard, and 90% of these posters will be exposed as grade a idiots.
 
Stop. Golden and Co. aren't going to Tally and beating a more talented team, no matter how much they are in "disarray". You really are dreaming if you think he will do that.
 
Don't put your faith on the administration doing the right thing.

If Miami has one big win (FSU, Va Tech, Nebraska or Clemson) + recruiting stays top 10 ----- Al will stay
- not bc of the win, more bc of the $'s
 
Golston destroyed Folden three years ago by himself. Why do you think Folden has answers for him now that he's even more mature as a player with much better players around him?

I agree we should not beat FSU however when your QB turns the ball over as much as he does, average teams can win
- btw, Pretty sure it was the 400 rushing yards we gave up vs ND that was the larger issue
 
Frauden vs Dumbo in a coaching match up is like sending the Christians to the lions. We all know how it ends, it's a slaughter.
 
I think we'll beat FSU this year, and that's what will make our 8-4 record that much more disgusting.
 
Don't consider this much of a rivalry game anymore. FSU is so far ahead of us now, it's like us playing Bethune Cookman. Does anyone consider that game any kind of a rivalry? Face it. We're no more than a chitty
mid-major for FSU, always penciled in as a win.

You're not guaranteed your next breathe so assuming anything is stupid. I'm hoping and praying he's gone before the end of the season but I will take one win at a time. If somehow that dumbass pulls a win in Tally I'll be really happy for kids on the teams but a small side of me will want to kick the dog.

Why are we supposed to beat FSU?

We've lost to many teams without a QB the caliber of Winston, but now we're gonna beat the most talented team in the ACC because they're star QB is gone?
