Further proof that the "code of conduct" hearings for sexual assault are a complete & utter disgrace to American society and need to be done away with, forever.
 
Not surprising. The hearing was all a charade. Message is FSU loves them some football and send your daughter to FSU at your own risk.
 
Honestly this was a no brainer. All anyone with an open mind had to do is read all of the reports. Isn't this like the 3rd time he has been found not guilty by separate agency's. But, have to say it sure helped NYT and ESPN to continue to have story's on it. Schlabach might have to actually do some r=true reporting now, or get a job with National Enquirer.
 
I have a niece who lives in Tampa and is going to college next year. She actually mentioned about Florida State so I sent her stuff about their academic reputation and all the crime that goes on their with the full support of the police department. She never mentioned it again. I also told her parents to do their freakin' research before sending their daughter to some godforsaken crime pit.
 
This is only news to us.........................because we suck. If we were good, we wouldn't care..

not a lawyer, and have no idea what i'm talking about. but anything dealing with Jameis and FSU seems fishy. i'm guilty of assuming guilt in cases like this more often than not, but this one just strikes me as he's guilty as ****
 
Exactly. Looks more guilty by not answering, but what do I know? I see this not going away anytime soon. This might clear him for the beating they will take against Oregon, but it's not over.

There was a video depicting the entire encounter. It went missing. Who had more control over the video, Winston, or his accuser? Winston and the Apsiriing vivid tv videographer share the share the same lawyer. The answer to that question tells you all you need to know about what occurred. That video would have resoundingly answered the he said, she said question. Winston's lawyer, however, allowed that piece of clearly exonerating evidence to disappear.

Amen. Further, any parent allowing their daughter to go to FSU is probably guilty of child neglect.
 
The reports? You mean the ones prepared by the same law enforcement agency who did a negligent job at best of investigating this thing? With a lead detective who did private contracting work for FSU boosters on the side? And who also allowed two huge pieces of evidence that could've answered every key question in this case (the Potbelly's surveillance vids and the cell phone vid of the actual encounter) to be destroyed? Lol. There are like 20 cameras recording in Potbelly's every night. But this flatfoot would rather interview a bunch of drunk bar patrons weeks later to find out what happened.

Not guilty due to lack of evidence. Of course, there's no evidence because of FSU and the cops. Gotta love it.

I skimmed through it but didn't notice anything that would suggest a conflict. Did I miss it?
