Yes, I've a fan of the U since 1986 and moved to Hawaii in 1988. We have no other teams in Hawaii and I'm an alumni of University of Hawaii.

Actually, I'm just tired of coming on this board to find 10 different "Fire Golden" threads... I get it. You hate Golden, he is not getting the job done, you want Butch... It would be nice to read something else about the "Team" for a change. For a while at the least the recruiting board was safe, now it's getting taken over by anti-Golden and staff posts... just give it a rest. Let us discuss the players or prospects without having to read about why Golden should be fired and why players should leave and recruits shouldn't come here. If that is what I want to read, i can find other boards for that.

I can't, there are a lot of great posters on this board who provide me with great information, insights, and analysis. Unfortunately, I have to sort through a lot of crap to get this info nowadays.

So miami playing fsu close like 7-8 other teams gave you hope? I could see if fsu blew everybody out but then miami played them closer than everybody else that could mean so ethi g but playing the close by itself is no reason for hope.

Look no further than 2002 ahia at vs Illinois. I think Illinois lost by 5 or some crap so you'd think they were trending up wards? No, they won 2 or 3 games the next year. Those other teams don't even deserve mention as they are **** poor reasons for hope.

I do not agree with this and hope we win out next year and every year regardless who the coaches are.

Winning will cure everything and I hope we start doing that again starting with the Independence Bowl this Saturday.

If we win 10-11 games next season which I think we have the potential to do. We will close strong in 2016 in recruiting and be positioned to win it all in 2016. I know it's crazy but I would much rather see that then go through another 3-4 years of rebuilding and hoping that we hired the right coach.

To the OP: This scripture you're referencing. You do realize this scripture is talking about having faith in God. Are you actually comparing faith in God with having faith in Golden producing a 10 win season? Are you that in love with Fat Al Golden that you are now claiming that he's deity? It's not necessarily the call that bothers me, even though with that offensive formation I still can't fathom why our LBs are 6 yards off the ball with it on the 1 yd line. That's ******* conceding the TD!!! What bothers me even more is this is GTech! It's not FSU where they could call play action and toss it to ******* O'Leary. They are GOING TO RUN IT. That's what they do. PJ isn't going to get fancy with a PA pass when you're GIVING HIM THE ******* TD!

But yeah, I still have hope that we're going to win 10 game next year. Why? WHO THE **** KNOWS, but I'm a fan and that's what fans do, I guess. Just ******* HOPE.

Duke was our one quality win. FSU? Really? Everyone in the country almost beat FSU this season. I don't care if Golden wins 10-11 next season (ain't happening). I hate this coach. I never hated Coker or Shannon, but the BS excuses with Golden is what ****es me off the most, along with his stubbornness. **** you Penn St. for having the brains not to hire this fck tard of a coach.

It's not, "The people have it out for Golden so they want Miami to lose." It's "The people see Miami losing, so they're out for Golden."

If that means the Ole Ball Coach destroys us by 50 now so these kids get coached into millionaires by Butch later, well, that's chess, not checkers, kids.

God **** slurpers dont even understand fundamental logic. If Miami was winning, this discussion wouldnt even be going on. Golden can't win. Some of us have done that math.
