Win out, hire OC, sign top 20 class

Win out, top 15 class, hire an OC that has zero ties to Richt, new QB coach (or an OC that’s also QB coach, new OLine coach, new ST coach and I’m ok going into next season....only 1-2 of those MIGHT happen so I’m not gonna be good going into next season

We need.....

1. A new OC. Not just any OC but a **** good one!

2. An OL coach(maybe a package deal with OC)

3. A Special Teams coach. Someone who solely focuses on ST.

After reading the article from google and what rorcht said about “how the QB’s have been getting better working with coach Jon Richt”, I really believe there won’t be any changes for the upcoming year. He really thinks his way is the best way (on offense) and that it’s going to work.
I sure as **** will not be duped into this anymore! Look around college football, UCF offense is sick, and exciting to watch. We don’t have legit coaches teaching these players the proper fundamentals.
I’ve been through this rodeo too many times before and I’m not falling for it, again.

You hit it right on the head and this is something I have been emphasizing over and over again. Our issues offensively are much deeper than play calling. Fundamentally we are terrible. There is nothing this offense does consistently well. It really makes you wonder what these coaches have been teaching for the last 3 years. In year 3 I would at the very least expect us to have a rock solid foundation to build on but we have nothing. This entire offense along with this entire staff(on offense) are a complete disaster. A total cluster ***** if you will. Its that bad. 171 yards on 34 attempts passing? Against a total dumpster fire that is Vag Techs defense? I'm not picking on Nkosi at all. Perry is a victim of mediocre coaches teaching him a garbage system. The whole thing needs to be pulled out by its roots and thrown out.
 
Need an overhaul
Richt needs to be done calling plays
New oline coach
New qb coach /offensive coordinator
And that’s at the minimum...

New linebacker coach
I can Do without patke honestly.
Our recruiting is not what it should be and that HAS to be addressed
 
Gut the administration, fire richt and the staff. Other wise rinse and repeat our ****** results for the next 5 years .
 
The emphasis after the bowl this season should be to fire Searels and hire a big name OL coach that can recruit to be able to salvage and maybe flip some of our recruits. The second priority should be to dela with the ST, QB coach and Play calling,
 
Need an OL a coach that MATCHES the offensive scheme, especially if we actually get an OC. Otherwise it’s square peg in a round hole which is part of the problem right now.

It’s too late, timeline needs to be accelerated with the early signing period in December

We have some guys on the OL that are so poor with technique, slow, and weak (for OLinemen) that I don't care who the OLine coach is, we're not going far with them upfront. I don't even need to name names, you all know who I'm talking about.
 
Long term, if we get a new OL coach and Richt hires a competent OC to take this offense to the next level the 4 game losing streak was worth it.
 
OL coach is priority number one. You can have the god of all OC's but if you have a line that can't block worth sh** then you are pretty limited on what you can do. Teams rush 3 on us and somehow the defenders get to the QB in less than 2 seconds haha pathetic.
 
Cannot underestimate how important recruiting is. We gotta have the right players here. We should have 4/5* kids beating the door down to play for us. The only way this happens for us this cycle (though I'm not confident at this point) and next cycle (gotta slay recruiting class of 2020) is for Rick to make some serious changes. Of course winning won't hurt as OP states, but we need to win in STYLE.
