Either way pretty bush league for UM to do that to Willis. No. It's bush league for Willis to side with the enemy against UM. Shame on him. UM had no problems with him when he was donating money and bringing players in until they got caught. You don't know what you are talking about. When coaches found out dude got pushed out of the program. This right here is where you start to reveal some trollish behavior.
Willis had one of the beast individual seasons in UM history. Yes. We'll always love him for that. And until he disassociates himself with that felon he can watch from home.

Like Jacory and think our fans have been unfair to him (he's a solid member of the community as a firefighter), Randy is of the same kind as Nevin and loved to throw the U under the bus in the 30 for 30s for a few bucks, Brett is solid but often misguided, love Devin as a competitor but he's not the sharpest tool in the shed.

As a kid growing up in the 2000s these were many of my heroes. To see them associate with Nevin in 2025 is incredibly disappointing. People make mistakes--Nevin IS a mistake: there is an emphatic difference. Nevin is like the enchantress playing the flute that makes the snake dance: these guys should be smart enough to recognize that. Maybe being a former player is very difficult, psychologically-speaking.

You don’t trick thousands of people to give you over a billion dollars in a massive ponzi without 2 things - either being able to sell water to fish and/or the ability to schmooze with the best of them.

He’s scum but he probably knows what to say to make people like him.

Romberg who knows likely just looking to stay relevant as he does sports radio etc...

devin is in his own world etc..

dude likely gives them a few bucks and some time the guys may feel oligated as he looked out when they were broke before nil..in some of the cases.
 
Anyone defending anything Shapiro does is out of their f***ing minds. Forget for a second what he did to UM.

He is a thief. He stole from innocent people like every other fraudster. There is no defense for the kind of low character person Shapiro is. And Willis should know better than to associate with an absolutely useless person. The world would be a better place without Shapiro.

For sure--we can sit here and speculate, but at the end of the day, it's hard to know why each INDIVIDUAL does what they do. And there is a huge difference between going on a podcast once vs. being an accessory of a former ponzi schemer.

I was talking about fans, not players. But as far as they are concerned, they need to read the room. It’s weird af that this dude even comes to the games. I was shocked when I seen it. What’s his agenda?
