Yup Kenny iced the 2005 Clemson game for us with the INT from Whitehurst.
Kenny was also the victim of the Ed Reed/ST effect. Holy **** were we spoiled. Phillips was a beast.Best that never was.
Saw him play live in playoffs against NW. He a d Kenny Phillips were men among boys.
KP was so **** good. Out of all the highly ranked safeties like taylor mays, myron rolle, etc., only KP and eric berry were deserving of their ranking. Kenny never reached his full potential here either, playing on garbage teams.
