Willie might get got.

No contract. But F$U just happened the pay the man every other week for a couple years.

I'll go on record saying F$U doesn't have a snowball's chance in **** of trying to evade paying Willie every penny he is owed under the contract.
There’s no written contract but there is an enforceable contract. Willie showed up to work as he agree to and not only did FSU not stop him but they paid him as they agreed to. That takes it out of the statute of frauds. The writing only makes enforcement easier.

Right. Some Uniform Commercial Code language up in here. All I know is that the man went around soliciting recruits, flying on the team plane, coaching them in games over multiple seasons. And F$U would have us believe he was not under contract, they just had a verbal arrangement.

It's the most F$U **** I've ever heard.

While not impossible (as there are examples of this happening) almost no chance that is the case here. FSU is panhandling for donor money to make a coaching hire...they wouldn't be doing so if they had an extra 18 mil to work with.

:hunt-dog-lol:Willie isn't laughing now probably find him at nearest mission seeking that government soup.:hair-fire::onfire::black-cloud:

So he walked away from his job at Oregon. Millions. Moved. Lost games. Read stories of lemonade stands to fire him. And still didn’t check on his contract? Something is not adding up here.

He’s getting his money but the fact people were actually entertaining the fact he might not is phucked up on many levels.
