First of all neither of those two had their charges dropped and seco dly no one's daughter plays for the miami hurricanes.

Uh; yeah R Kelly did have his charges dropped. I guess u forget all the other charges. He had his charges dropped in 2004 for child pornography right here in Florida, b/c no victims testified and the judge ruled the police didn’t have sufficient evidence for the search.

let’s keep it ..the only reason some think it’s a no brainer to take him back is because of his talent level..talent gets you chances to have some behavior and actions tolerated..but idk if this type of issue can nor should be tolerated because of his talent

It said the state dropped the charges not the victim so maybe the state found no need to go forward. U can have probable cause to arrest on a certain night then maybe protection can’t move forward with lack of evidence to convict ! INNOCENT MAN THIS IS AMERICA. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY

I’d be surprised. Right after it happened I was told he’ll be gone and that’s what happened. Then within hours he was, that’s all I can go on. It was done swiftly.

From everything I read, she was to be gone with her things when he got back. When she wasn’t, he started pushing her out the door. There was never any official mention of battery. The biggest thing in question was once she was outside did he push her to the ground. She said he did and he said he didn’t. If I missed something, someone please correct me.

Ok so, i don't know the details of it and so i haven't commented before. But there are people saying oh charges are dropped but he might still be guilty, how exactly are we to know? honest question. If the case has been dropped like totally, I feel he should be reinstated. I dont condone violence against women, but have no way of determining what happened and i don't think he should lose his position on that. Now if the school has other facts, then they can use that to make a decision then i will say ok.
