…have a head coach with a backbone?

The cheating against our boys by the refs across the nation, but specially in the ACC, is criminal. They don’t even try to hide it anymore. They’re watching dudes getting held right in front of them, blatant face masks, WR’s getting tackled 5 yards before the ball gets there, and swallowing their whistles.

Also calling bullshyte calls like the illegal man downfield on Donaldson yesterday to slow down our momentum, and following that up with some more ***** calls on that drive.

If I was the HC, I’d tell the head ref that if they keep on swallowing their whistles to ***** my kids over, I’m pulling the team off the field, even if it’s a forfeit.

At some point one of our head coaches is going to have to grow a pair and stand up for our kids. They work too hard to continuously have the zebras ***** them over. It’s been going on for way too many years.

The refs will never defend a 6-6 style Miami program.

Find a way to win big and become a national contender and Miami might be able to command some conference respect—but this program has no cachet;17 years in a conference it's never won, with a revolving door of head coaches and a weak athletic director / administration.

Diaz acting a fool on the field isn't how you solve this old boys ACC network. Has to be fought behind closed doors by UM president and AD—and we all know that ain't happening with Frenk and James.

Hyperbole much? Between the fines you'd pay to the conference for blasting officiating and the firing from the university you would get for forfeiting a game for no valid reason. Your career would be short.

Are there bad calls? Of course, but good teams overcome them.

Talk to me more about the “firing from the university” part though…

I would gain a ton of respect for Manny if I saw him lose it on the sidelines. Ride the refs. Ride them often but fairly. We see the impact it has on games. Bad call, letting them hear about it for the next quarter until a makeup call comes. Got to play chess not checkers. Coach K is the master at it.

1988 vs ND? 2002 vs OSU? We've had national championships stripped from us while everyone watched in exacting detail. Refs have always felt they could get away with cheating Miami no matter who the coach or how bright the spotlight. It has reached epic highs with the non-holding though. None of this is going to be changed by Diaz yelling at them on the sideline. TV people can see the holds too, but do they call it out for its outrageousness and consistent bias for one side? No, they choose not to. That should give you a clue to the depths of what we're dealing with.

Next grevious insult by refs against our Canes, Manuela needs to grab the first down marker and run the Line Judge through, look around and say, "not another yard bïtches!"

#SometimeYaGottaStabARef

I'm joking, everyone calm down.

Tobacco Road referee mafia would call even more bull**** if any um coach lost it.

They don’t give AF what we say or do.

Those calls and non-calls in South Bend in 88 were FÜCKING CRIMINAL.

Theres a procedure for this…the athletic director could put together tape of all the blatant missed calls and send it to the conference offices along w a complaint.

I know Blake did it for one particular call couple seasons ago. If he could go back and find demonstrably fewer calls vs our opponents in similiar situations, it might help going forward.
