Will the team come out flat against Louisville?

They have beaten BC, Wake & UV & some weak Kentucky teams. Lost to FSU, Clemson & ND. Need to flatten their QB right out of the box and give him a long day at Hard Rock.đź•·đź•·đź•·

More than likely, we will. Week after an emotional win vs a rival, young QB and O Line, at home where we typically start slow, etc. Vegas seems to agree - we should be 7 - 8 point favorites but are favored by 5 1/2.

As long as Enos doesn't shove his head back up his own *** & continues to run the offense primarily out of the Gun & utilize more RPO out of the Pistol, I think the Offense can move the ball on LVille's weak Defense.

Louisville is ranked 101st in Total Defense, 106th in Pass Defense (89th in Pass Defense efficiency), 60th in teams sacks with just 18 on the season, 68th in TFL's & 87th in Run Defense.

They gave up 423yds (230yds rushing) Notre Dame, 522yds (382yds passing) vs FSU, 563yds vs Boston College, 668yds (423yds passing/245 rushing) vs Wake Forest, 551yds (298yds rushing) vs Clemson & 311yds vs UVA.

Simply put, they're BAAAAAAD on Defense, if Enos cant manufacture yards & points on this awful Defense we got a serious problem. This might actually be the worst Defense we've faced all year.

On Offense, their best playmaker is my jit Tutu Atwell, he's their best WR & they get him the ball in various ways. Javian Hawkins is a good RB as well, Dez Fitzpatrick is a good WR too, I would match him up with Blades all game because I think he's a bad matchup for Ivey.

They have a good Offense & Satterfield is a good coach, he's gonna throw the kitchen sink at Manny/Baker, our Defense needs to play smart discipline football in order to slow them down, don't get too cute with exotic Blitz because LVille's QB Micale Cunningham will run the ball a lot. They're going to try to use their speed on Offense & go with the Quick passing attack, Defense needs to force turnovers & get off the field on 3rd downs.

We can definitely beat Louisville if we get an early lead & apply pressure on them, if we play sluggish & don't put up points & allow them to hang around all game long we'll be in danger.

IMO our Offense has the advantage because their Defense is trash, so Jarren & the boys better come out on fire pushing the ball down the field. Louisville doesn't rush the passer well at all so Jarren should have time to throw.

Part of the reason they are so bad n D is because they run a lot of tempo and they score fast. Tires out their D.
We gotta put points on the board. Problem is I don’t trust Anos

And the other part is that they have a really bad defense and lack talent on that side of the ball.

Louisville will be motivated. They have 18 players from Florida and the majority are from Miami/Broward. These guys want to put on a show to the hometown team that didn't offer them.
Yeah, I hope our boys put on a show they shoulda worked harder and stayed home.

We have a chance to take advantage of FSUs downfall, we have 2 high priority recruits on O/Vs and I think we can lock up Harrell with a big win while looking great... but... GT we had a very good visitors list and **** the bed.

Louisville has gotten better as the season has gone on. They have a very good RB, a weapon in Atwell at WR, and a DT QB. What do we struggle with? U guessed it, DT QBs. They also have a roster full of Fla boys who want to beat us for not recruiting them.

I fear that this will be another UNC, VaTech or GT game. Either we come out flat and have to battle back just to lose or keep an inferior team in the game until they build confidence and make some plays late to beat us.

I hope we have really turned the corner, I really do but I don't trust our team yet and I can really see a loss coming.

If we do win then I'll believe that we have turned the corner for real and we'll win out.

then Miami players should be motivated to show why they took them over those guys....we have guys battling for positions..... trying to make the league etc....should never have a problem with motivation, especially after a poor start....

I'm a little worried that they're coming off a bye, but its good that Miami isnt. There's no time for Miami to get comfortable, so I think Miami will handle business, but I thought that for GT also. Miami 30, Louisville 24... Louisville scores late, looks for onside kick type of game.
