So many people are high on UF. It’s not happening. He has Florida making the playoffs?
He sees them with 2-3 losses and making it inHe has Florida making the playoffs?
That might be just in September if Lagway isn't 100%. They don't have the roster to lose key players. He sees them with 2-3 losses and making it in
- No ACCCG
- No CFPO
Here's to our Canes proving him, and everyone else, wrong.

Funny I see 4 to 5 lossesHe sees them with 2-3 losses and making it in
did you watch the show? If not, you might want to.Always great seeing the pitchforks come out when someone says a team that has been to the conference championship 1 time in 22 years won’t get to said conference championship. How dare they say such nonsense?! Good times.
They’re 100% losing two games in September. Ain’t beating CANES or TIGAS.That might be just in September if Lagway isn't 100%. They don't have the roster to lose key players.
Just recently, he said many positive things about the Canes. He is not a hater.didn't watch the whole thing but he basically said if our secondary improves this year we will be a playoff contender
he said the line of a scrimmage will be the strength of the team, maybe one of the best in the country
he said that is how you grind out games, such as @ Pitt and @ VT to end the year
JP has always given fair takes with us
He has Florida making the playoffs?
But...but...but!!!!!!!!
Porsters don't know ball meng.
I don't make the rules.
Ahead of Georgia LOL
It'd take some real acts of nature (aka Mario going full Mario with brutal November losses) for us to not make the ACCCG and as a result, the CFP.
2035 is Miami's year.A loss to two playoff caliber teams and then the inevitable “Mario loss” keeps us out of the playoffs. Will UF and ND be the playoff caliber teams? Maybe, but could be a surprise team this year that is better than expected and one of those two above named teams is worse than expected (probably UF) I like the team and I like Mario, but I still don’t think he’s stacked enough talent to overcome the coaching, uhhhh…. “challenges.” Fingers crossed he gets there in year 7 or 8.
It took an act of Mario's nature to miss it last year and our roster was worse off.![]()
Seriously though, we had a lot of good fortune as far as minimal injuries last year, we will need that again this year too (knock on wood).
He also helped push the referee narrative after VT, Cal, etc.Last year he called Miami a "High-level SEC team playing in the ACC" and then our defense fell off and embarrassed him.
He will be back on the Canes Wagon at some point this season.
Also defended refs after GT "fumble"He also helped push the referee narrative after VT, Cal, etc.
99,999 times out of 100,000 yes. The only time they wouldn't would be because we are a 10-3 conference champ. If Miami goes 9-3 with this schedule, yikes however, for the sake of argument, let’s say both teams have the same record, but Miami beats Florida, does UF still get in before Miami?

Reasons will be because they played the #1, 5, 9, 10, 19, 21, and 24 ranked teams with the possibility of another being ranked at some point during the season.
Strength of schedule and the eye test have been proven time and time again to matter more than wins and losses to the committee.
