Will Richt be allowed to pick his own OC?

Not my cup of tea....Nothing I love more than a nice ***....But Cot ****, thats an *** you'd expect on a Water Buffalo....and don't get me started on the Prison Tats on her "So called ***"

Hey now we don't judge big booty Becky for her life choices. We all know gingers can be a little spicey

My Cane Brethren have you never been to a good gentlemens establishment.

I am talking about one with succulent woman that have actually had a meal and a few drinks. Rather than rabbit food and vitamin water.

Go Canes
I certainly have....I've also watched Animal Kingdom with Marlin Perkins and seen the same *** on a pride of Elephants....

LMAO. That's what I'm saying. I'd be to busy trying to decipher the code.

First anyone who is recommending a Offensive mind from Big 12 type team is crazy, Richt isn’t going to go totally off the board and hire a guy that doesn’t share the same type of offensive philosophy. This is why Matt Canada and Crazy O couldn’t get along.

Richt would hire someone who has a similar offensive game plan. One that comes to mind is Chris Weinke (RB coach at Tenn) or Tee Martin

P, beauty and *** are in the eye of the beholder. You do you, bro.
Go Canes!!!!

She may not be 10 or 9 but I will say this have you listened to Larry Allen's hall of fame induction speach about his 1st date with his wife (she is a solid 8) when he met her in college. She invited him over to her house cooked him two whole chickens, a chocolate cake , and got him a 40 oz. Then put it on him like a champ. He is still with her to this day and they have a little village of children practically. So yeah beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, especially when you can only get half an *** check in one hand..

Go Canes

Preaching to the choir, brother.

Do you honestly think Blake James wants to pick the next OC or even has a clue as to what makes an OC good?

Not saying what he will do, advocating for what he should do. The reason Bama is blowing teams out is because their systems have evolved, on offense and defense. They have combined elite recruiting with superior game planning.

I agree I just don’t think that’s Richt, he’s not going to create a dynasty with Miami but I’m hoping to at least get 1 title out of him

He’s going to do whatever he wants. That’s how it should be.

Doesn’t do anything? Same failures next year? He’s gone

Picks a bad OC to run his bad offense? Same failures next year? He’s gone

Chooses a successful OC from the Hal Mumme coaching tree? We light teams up next year? He’s a King

It has to be his decision. He’s responsible. And if he chooses poorly, then Blake James needs to go first.
This is honestly how it should be. Shouldn't have to force common sense changes on the HC. It's his program. He runs it how he wants. He's ultimately responsible for the bottom line. If he thinks what's currently happening is good enough and he makes no changes then he gets ****canned after next year.

Should be a 30 minute search.

Hey, Kendal, how about 650k? No...

Hey, Yost, how about 400k? Sweet, see you Monday.

How well does this ever work out?

I mean forcing the HC to pick an OC/QB coach, essentially relieving him and his kid from the duties.

You either have the right man as HC or you don't. If he ain't leading the charge to change then I can't see this working.

Maybe I'll be wrong.
