Will Mallory

You got me there. Given how the game went, on TV, I can focused on the OL and didn't notice Tate except in the wildcat formations. The TV screen doesn't give a good picture of the WR formations and route patterns. I stand corrected.

Still, if I'm Manny or Enos watching the game tape this morning, I'm more concerned about the OL situation and the overall readiness to play than the WR rotation. One thing that I notice is that Hightower didn't seem to get much burn until late. And while people are railing on Mallory for his drop, he didn't seem to get many targets.
Like u touched the o line is the big problem but the gators have the best d line we play all year by far. My thing is if you know u have limited time to get the ball out why not put the best players out there who get open. To me the unc game will tell us alot more about this team than the gator game could possibly

If you bothered to watch the game ypu would have seen him get manhandled all game long by the Gaytes linebackers.

He had about 3 but I’m still on the Mallory hive for sure though. He’s going to breakout

Mallory what is you doing bb?!?!? You have to figure the play call was for him to run a drag route, instead he sees JW on the run and sits where he is.

This ball is intended for Brevin who is wide open but Mallory decides to play DB and it killed us.

The very few drag routes that I did see I noticed that the receivers stop and dont go completely across the field. What's the point? On that play if Mallory keeps going across the formation he comes open too.

Boy was I wrong on this one, maybe I drank the kool aid a little prematurely lol
Still early days but today was a stinker
I think all these guys needed time to get out the butterflies. Mallory will be alright with the cupcake part of the season coming. After the 4th game if he's still play butter fingers than he's a bust. I will give him a pass on this game but his *** better get it together.

Because they’re too busy trying to make Tate feel better . Ridiculous how many snaps he got at WR
This was an embarrassment the stroking of the ego to make him stay here. No one can convince me that his play at WR was better than that of Payton or any of the other guys that got no burn in the game at receiver. This Tate thing can blowup in their faces like Barrios situation did when he was a true freshmen and just coming off a broken leg in the fall to jump ahead of Herb Waters. This stink to high heaven and will stink up the locker room to pander to Tate.

Is this a hold or what? Someone please tell me. It's 4th and 1 Mallory, not 4th and goal from the 20. We got the first down already stop blocking from behind.

I don’t know about Field and Stubblefield, but I saw the entire body of work of special-teams and receivers with Hartley and Dugans. No thank you to those two.

We will see him contribute if Enos is competent. As a flex TE he could be special. Was JAG of all JAGs vs UF though

Mallory will crush it and you guys will all be on his **** again in no time. A week ago literally like 12 people were doing the "you heard it here first" speech claiming he was going to be good and acting like nobody else knew that.....even though he's a super fast, athletic TE in a very TE friendly system.

Are people seriously crying over Mallory's dropped ball in the 4th. Is that where all this is coming from? A pass that would've gone for 2 yards?
