Unbelievable? Well outside of his bad short yardage play calling he's put together two solid offenses together here. We have been averaging about 34 Points and 450 Yards a game with him as OC. Do you remember how bad our offense was before him?

He gets blamed for everything, but do you guys ever watch the O- Line?? They could be the worst group of 5-300lb persons I’ve ever seen. The best technique they have is helping the QB or RB up from the ground

They've been solid in pass pro lately but we still don't blow teams off the ball in the run game.

Lashlee is a gimmick, he may be able to BS his way to a job but I don't see him being anything other than what he is. He's a midmajor playcaller that has the worst feel for the game I've ever seen. I've never seen an OC be this bad at understanding down and distance, nor making calls in short yardage situations. I could only imagine how bad he would be at managing an entire game as an HC.

The OC doesn't help them, by calling obvious runs out of the shotgun into the teeth of loaded boxes. Most OL won't succeed in those situations, you are outnumbered as an offense and your OC calls plays that have a low success probability.
