I think it's actually a big opportunity for him. Regardless of the opponent, it'll be the last thing scouts remember from live action. He's not senior, so he won't ride a big wave from the Senior Bowl week, for example. He needs to show out in the Bowl game and then perform well at the Combine. That's his best opportunity to lock down 2nd round money.
