Will Canes need Borregallas to win it?

That was at Ann Arbor vs. Michigan.

LOL no it wasn’t. The Michigan game in Ann Arbor was in 1988. Huerta won that one too, but he’s right, 1989 was in East Lansing and Huerta made two FGs with under 5 mins to play. Torretta didn’t play in 1988, his first year was 1989.

Fun fact. Anybody know who played QB for Michigan State that day?

The Borregales bros. don't **** around, I like our chances if it comes down to a kick.

Last time Canes/MSU played at Spartan stadium (1989) Carlos Huerta kicked 4 field goals, 2 in the last 5 minutes to win it. Torretta had to play as Craig Erickson was hurt and so it went.
Depends,

Is he going to tackle on the defensive side of the ball and call the plays while we're on offense? If so, we have a shot!

I hope we blow them out tomorrow. Not likely though but one could hope. If we don't blow them out. I'd like nothing more than to have our savage true freshman kicker blast a 59 yarder through the uprights at the end of the game for the W and rip msu's heart out.

Go Canes!!!
