If everyone is so morally outraged about the last play of the Miami-Duke game, then why didn't the College Football Playoff Committee treat Duke as if they were a one loss team, and include them in their rankings?
But they didn't even have to go that far... considering that Duke's only loss prior to saturday was against a ranked Northwestern team, why not include Duke between spots 17-25 as one of the top 2 loss teams?
Fake outrage as its finest! If the media pundits want to call for a reversal of the outcome by the ACC (which is against ACC rules), why not pressure the CFP Committee to do the "right" thing and rank them amongst the top 25 teams in the country, which is where they would be ranked but for the Miami result?
