Why was Richet suspended as a senior?

He was starting QB after we lost Jim Kelly for the season due to a shoulder injury at Blacksburg. We lost big to FSU as I remember and Mark Richet was suspended for a game due, as I recall, to some kind of "dorm violation." That resulted in Kyle Vandewende, a RS freshman, taking over the QB position for the rest of the season. Even after the suspension was over Richet didn't regain his position as starter.

Does anybody remember what Richet did to lose his position?
Always wonder why that happened to Richet.
