That's some F- Sh*t.....Unfortunate. The Colorado commits that Deion dumped late, not honoring the scholarships.

Except hit the fastball, just sayin’" not much Deion Sanders couldn’t do—except tackle well"
Agree, how long was Eddie Robinson at Grambling? He is a CFB legend.I would have loved to see Deion stay at Jackson for ten to twenty more years and become the Bobby Bowden or Frank Beamer of the program. Someone who not only built it up into a powerhouse, but eventually got it to the point where they entered Division 1 football and were competitive, if not highly competitive. That would have been a really cool legacy.
Isn’t this normal for a new staff coming in?Unfortunate. The Colorado commits that Deion dumped late, not honoring the scholarships.

Yeah but he couldn't hold a candle to Colonel Sanders.

While I agree with you, it would be extremely awkward to call Warrick Dunn Deion or PrimeIs it too much to request that we refer to him as Sanders, or Coach Sanders or even Mr. Sanders as opposed to Deion or the god-awful Prime?
This is after all a Miami Hurricanes message board and the last thing we should have is adulation of a Seminole. Respect I can understand. Even I consider Sanders a top 5 CB all-time, and have great respect for what he did on the football field. But he is and will forever be the enemy.
When I did some legal work for a family member of Warwick Dunn, I called him Mr. Dunn and told him I respected his work on and off the field, but as a Hurricane I could never cheer for him as a player. And Dunn is, IMO, 100x the human being that Sanders is.
Rod Woodson, prior to moving to safety? IIRC he was a solid tackler.I hate to interject my very wrong opinion on this topic, but mentioning tackling when it comes to Corners, especially NFL Corners is an interesting metric by which to measure the position...
Unless we’re talking about CB’s from the **** “Night-Train” Lane or Mel Blount era, I don’t think people (if they’re being honest) can even think of a “good” tackling Corner in the modern era.
When people talk about, Champ Bailey, Darrelle Revis, Charles Woodson, Richard Sherman, Pat Peterson from that era, or even the current top CB’s right now like Darius Slay, Sauce Gardener, Pat Surtain II, Jaire Alexander, Jaycee Horn, James Bradberry etc, tackling hardly if ever comes up in the discussion.
That kinda proves the point...Rod Woodson, prior to moving to safety? IIRC he was a solid tackler.
You got me all kinds of ****ed up... I see what ur trying to do there though. Good tryDeion was a better tackler then @Brooklyndee![]()
True, but it’s a bad look.A commitment is not a scholarship, those kids didn't an NLI. Deion was under no obligation to honor their commitments.
That’s pretty good. While I agree with you, it would be extremely awkward to call Warrick Dunn Deion or Prime
