When the **** are we going to hire a coach that knows how to freaking coach? People think that talent alone will win you titles because we won one in 2001 on talent alone. What people forget is that the talent had a tough SOB to teach them for a few years. Talent alone won't win you anything anymore without good coaching to get the most out of it. We were more talented than most of the teams we played this year. How did that work out?

Someone once said that good recruiters are known for recruiting, because they aren't good at coaching. Good coaches win, and winning recruits a **** of a lot for you. If your coaches suck, you need them to at least be good sweet talkers. I'm tired of "recruiters". Give me some tough coaches that get Ws on game day, not sweet talkers that get Ws on signing day, then lose games because they are clueless.

Honestly not sure, but I doubt we are getting out of this with Shanny. So why not bring a dude that can stack talent for the next guy. Our HC isn't a recruiter no one on the D side of the ball is what I would call good recruiters.

We would be better off with bad coaching and good recruiting over bad coaching with poor recruiting. It's just pathetic we are in this situation. I just want a good coach that wins, because winning helps recruiting over the long haul. It's a bad time to be a Cane fan.

Yeah I totally feel you man. I am almost at the point of not caring.
 
First manny would have to admit there is something wrong with the defense.
So far he has taken a very golden like approach to that.

120% off all attention should be put on being at least fugging mediocre on offense these past two seasons weve been down right AWFUL... the worst in some stats
