Why not Matt Canada for OC?

Because Ritch has tied himself to being the play caller/OC unfortunately.
He would have to be willing to give that up and that doesn't seem to be something he wants to do.
I think it's a mistake for a HC to do that because it limits his options but it is what it is.
 
What he is doing is simply not working. We can't go any further with a 2 set offense
