Well it look like that ligic only apply to Miami. Bama, OSU, Michigan, PSU have no issues getting multiple QB’s, RB, WR, DT, DB and OL every year

You only need one to sign per year. Any more is usually (though not always) unnecessary. That we don't have any is concerning.
