Highly doubt Lingard is. Third string RBs don't usually redshirt..

I did not see him once on any unit. I could be wrong but I was definitely looking for him on the kickoff and punt coverage teams.

Seems to me this kid should be a gunner or should be the first one down on kick offs a'la Travis homer last year.

Conventional wisdom I used to hear is that you want bigger guys returning kickoffs, shiftier guys returning punts. Of course you want bigger guys with speed.

Of course, you can get carried away and put Richard Gordon at KR.
