Because there is no AD to fire him as an acting one doesn't do that. Plus it is only those outside the program that want him fired asap. Personally with so many schools needing new coaches that have far more money than us, now might not be a good thing and rushing got us Manny. Personally I think Richt like Manny and quit so the U could keep him, the way Richt leaving went down it makes sense, so maybe Blake James acted taking the advice of Mark and with Temple in there had to act quickly. I'd love to ask Mark.
