Why is Deejay so big?

Think about this: We've finally gotten back to a RB stable that's starting to look championship caliber. There will be no more than 5 FBS teams next season with a RB group that can match: FB) Realus & Choc (strictly power); RB) Homer (the all purpose back), DeeJay (the hammer), Lo & Cam (young fresh legs). That's 4 guys easily who can put up 100+ yards any given game who bring different strengths to the table so we can get creative with our rushing attack. And, we get depth knowing that one guy doesn't have to carry the load the entire season. Because it's almost a given that a RB will get hurt at some point during the season.

If we don't establish a run-oriented offense that puts up 150+ yards a game on the ground, then Richt, Searles and T. Brown don't know what the fvck they are doing.

And this boys and girls is how we will get back to dominating teams. You don't dominate teams in the air. The passing game is the kill shot to win the game. The running game is the onslaught of body blows that takes the will out of opposing teams. And Richt knows that if we want to step into the top echelon of Bama, Clemson, OSU, etc we've got to establish a Top 10 rushing attack.

It will help our Defense, the OLine, the QB... No excuses next season.
Exactly. Add Burns into the power group according to many people in the spring.

This is exactly why I am not worrying much about the whole QB situation like a lot of sky is falling posters are. We have a stable of backs that will eventually look like UGA's attack last year that took them to the playoffs.

As for the whole OP rant about weight, people just need to trust our coaching staff. They have been saying all spring he has gained weight but has not lost any of his speed, quickness and agile cutting ability.
So it does not matter how big a guy gets as long as he performs.

Yall trippin DeeJay bout to ball out!!!

Candidly, I did not know "all about that" until you started slobbering over the bodies of 17 and 18 year old Canes football players. I am not saying you are a pedophile, but I am not saying you aren't a pedophile.
WHo is you? Pump ya brakes and go read through the thread first. You got the wrong one. Stop taking the joke harder than the D’s at those *** bars you frequent

Easily by far the WORST THREAD OF THE YEAR.

Congratulations to you fckin morons who consistently try to call out one of our players for being fat only to have it blow up in your face.

Same thing happened last year with Pinckney & the usual suspects who started that nonsense last year are in this thread as well doing the same thing.

13 got **** pages & counting, of absolutely nothing Smfh.
White people bored.. let's call it like it is.. I know elephant in the room.

Man everyone bad mouthing a young man that has been a solider here. he's a bright guy and knows what he has to get done, so I'm not worried...bunch of grown men( probably fat themselves) fat shaming a guy that has been all canes. Don't be ****** fans and cannibalizes another cane.
You must be new here.

Willis McGahee was 220lbs guys.... DJ is going to be running mfkrs over next year! Wooahhh!!

Sick combo of size and athleticism

"Dallas has apparently gained 20 pounds since last season according to an accompanying image on the tweet while also dropping his body fat by nearly 5 percent. Those are pretty **** impressive numbers for Dallas and only a testament to Felder's strength and conditioning program which continues to develop players. "

lulz

Just so I'm clear the above statement would lead one to think that they're saying he's gained 20lbs of muscle since the end of the season.

He looks fat than a mutha fwuaka and pretty chunky to me. Deejay is on a special potato chip, ice-cream, cookies, and fried pork chops diet

And you would be wrong.

He's clearly shown that he cares. And that's a good thing my friend.

I agree 100%.

The dumb comments show more about the posters than they do about DeeJay's reality.

He's already shown his total devotion to being the best player he can possibly be for us and has consistently improved play and his body in order to accomplish that...there is no better ambassador for this team.

If we had a team full of players with DeeJay's abilities and desire, on and off the field efforts, continual self improvement, and his unmatched continual promotion of what it takes to be a Cane, we would be unstoppable.

Sure for some its for laughs, but I can't think of a worse selection on this team who would be targeted with these stupid, unwarranted comments & falsehoods

DeeJay will be just as he's always been throughout his career here....DeeJay always comes in ready to give an outstanding, all-out effort every day on every play. There are few sure things in football, but that's one of them.

We are so fortunate that he is a Cane,

Wow, I hadn't checked in on this thread in days because it was mind-numbingly dumb. What a pleasant surprise to see how it turned out.

Went from one of my least favorite threads on this board to one of my favorites LMAO

Deejay is gonna ball out this year. Going to be hard to keep him off the field

First you have to a bit dim to take this thread seriously, second you have no idea about any of the things you bolded in your post.
Did he look fat in the picture, yes, was it likely just a bad camera angle, yes, would it be a concern if he was really that out of shape, yes. Nothing more to it.
