Pro bodybuiders sit between 2-4% for comp with a boat load of gear, the most strenuous training program and a diet that no one here nor at any collegiate football program can handle. And they cannot maintain that post comp. Your organs will start to fail. I can also assure you DJ is closer to 20% bodyfat right now than than to 12-15%. That 10% is such a joke. Lol

I can assure you this dog weighs 994 lbs.
