Why don’t we have rivalry weekend too?

Who would we play? FSU and UF play. The only option would be BC or VT actually doesnt VT play VA.

St Ignatius Loyola Prep School is available. I bet Manny would show up to their senior prom in a helicopter to troll them too, proving just how savage he really is.

For a few years we opened our season on Labor Day against FSU. Always a night game and always a really good game that drew lots of fans and lots of Monday night viewers. Of course we were both great teams back in those days. O lot of the fans didn't like it because no one wants to lose against their main rival first game out. Then we got into this basketball league and it's been down hill ever since.

Our two in-state rivals play each other the last week of the season. Virginia Tech plays UVA every year at the last week. What other rival is out there that we can play ever year at the last week of the year?

Should an annual rival game be against a conference opponent, or a non-conference opponent? If it be in conference it may be possible to have the opponent play against us as a non-conference game (NC did that this year). This would actually be a good bargaining chip in arranging an annual FSU/UM game. We get to play the last game against each other but it does not count for or against our conference records. It could potentially lead to more championship game opportunities. If it was a non-conference match up it should be against one of three teams: ND, USC, OK
