I mean this is easy:
1. he has HC experience.
2. he has won everywhere he has gone.
3. he is offensive minded coach which we need badly.
4. he beat Clemson last year and almost beat them this year.
5 . He finished second in the Atlantic which means he would have finished first all day long in the Coastal
6. He is energetic and charismatic...good recruiter.
7. I'm fairly certain that if given the chance he would rather play in the coastal than stay in the atlantic
