I didn’t expect it but don’t really have a problem with it. Banda and patke are solid coaches and go getters. Very relatable and the players love them.

I think I speak for many when I say I'm glad we kept them on staff, but not excited about the promotions. With the offensive troubles this season, it's kind of hard to swallow not having gone out an gotten somebody with experience. I'm not looking forward to potentially having to worry about both sides of the ball. I guess we'll see.

It doesn’t look great but to summarily dismiss it as an awful hire before these guys are even given a chance is dumb.
