Why are the BOT and President Seemingly Inept?

From reading between the lines it seems like we are selling out hard for the ZO and MARIO combo.

It almost appears that Zo won't be the AD without Mario being the head coach. I think this is ridiculous but if it is the case then why the **** would you take on Zo as an AD? If Mario leaves is Zo going to bolt?

An AD needs to evaluate all of the coaching talent available for multiple sports. He has to want to do it as well. I know we are saying a weak *** assistant AD will be the one to do the non-football decisions but come on. That is ridiculous as it will put other sports in jeopardy of the same crap that has gone on here for 15 years. This is the exact same issue we had with Blake James.

I understand wanting to make a splash hire but if Mario won't give us the time of day move on. I mean if you want a job you talk no matter the circumstance. The timing is always right. We have all seen it. Riley was doing it before this week with OU in the big 12 and playoff hunt.

Perhaps I am wrong and there have been discussions with Mario. But it just seems to me the same inept decision making is going on. Prove me wrong please, I am waiting....
