Got my tickets this morning. Sitting down low around the 30-35 yard line. Just happy to be able to go and support the team.
Make sure to hit up the tailgate in the Manning Lot off a Skipper Boyles Dr. $10 parking.

The last time I went to that craphole Kenan was Halloween weekend of 2004, when Barth kicked the game winner. I was in the student section with a borrowed student ID because none of them thought they had a chance to beat us. Someone stole my Canes beanie off my stunned head as they rushed the field. I chased after them only to run directly into a metal fence post and knock the wind out of myself, a symbolically prophetic move that presaged the next decade of our program. My little sister and now late father actually bought tickets and were across the stadium from me. I never saw them.
The entire walk back to my friend's apartment I was taunted with jeers of "Welcome to the ACC, ******." In keeping with our program as it kicked itself down a flight of stadium stairs, the next games I attended were the Peach Bowl loss to LSU and the NCSU loss to Russell Wilson. Finally broke the streak vs App last year, and in that regard I pray I am still a bellwether attendant.
But as for Kenan it was horrible and awful and I never want to go back again.
Have fun, RVA!

Jeez... You make it sound like the game is in Blacksburg...and after I find out that everyone else is sitting on the Cane side and I'm on the Carolina sideline. Do I need weapons? I thought you were from Chicago.
Is it a canesinsight tailgate or a private one? I dont want to show up uninvited.Make sure to hit up the tailgate in the Manning Lot off a Skipper Boyles Dr. $10 parking.
Manning is a public cash lot. If you roll up to a place providing food, you'll just have to pay whatever they are chargingIs it a canesinsight tailgate or a private one? I dont want to show up uninvited.Make sure to hit up the tailgate in the Manning Lot off a Skipper Boyles Dr. $10 parking.
