Who's fault is it for running into an 8 man box? BK or CMR?

We could've been simply out smarting ourselves. CMR could've seen many plays on film where GTech shows an 8 man front or walks a Safety down multiple times throughout the game, and then have more than 2 players drop back. So he could've told Kaaya to run it until they stay true to the blitz.

The 27 yard TD run by Yearby was to the empty side of Shotgun Ace Twins Left formation, with GT having 8 in the box.
-GTech was in a 4-3, and the Right Corner comes over top of Njoku since there is no WR on that side.
-There are technically 8 players in the Box with the Right CB appearing to not be blitzing, but can still consider the defense lined up in a 4-4 Cover 1 Man.
-As the play develops, the key player that we are expecting Yearby to beat on this play is that same right CB that came over to shadow Njoku. Yearby's job is run to the inside shoulder of Njoku, and make a move on the unblocked defender in the 8 man box.
-However, this particular play was an RPO, and the CB played it as if it was a play action, and he had his eyes on the opposite side of the field, looking at where the screen play WOULD'VE went. This hesitation actually made the play possible, because Odogwu was going to have to choose between blocking the LB or the CB...LB went for Yearby while the CB hesitated, and Odogwu sealed the inside pursuit from the LB as Yearby runs pass the CB looking for the screen.

I know some people may say this doesn't count, considering how far back the CB was from the TE...but it's still 4 blockers (on the right side including the center) running at 4 defenders.

I'd even go so far as to say that CB didn't just hesitate but he full on BIT on the fake from Kaaya.

It was indeed great quarterbacking on that play that helped open up the seam for Yearby
