Who would you want to play?

Unfortunately in today's college football, getting excited for a non-playoff game is like getting excited about an NFL preseason game. At least 10% of each roster will not play. It is a glorified intrasquad scrimmage for the next football season instead of a proper ending to the current season.

well beck would be out, probably a few WR, probably jakobe Thomas, Bain, and mesidor, i.e

probably another loss incoming so give me James Madison if Tulane goes to the playoff or vice versa

Who I would want to play:

- Cheatagain

Who we probably will play:

- Utah or AZ ST

If we don't make the CFBP, hopefully they don't put us in the Toaster again.

Give us the Gator or the Holiday Bowl, please.

ESPN (FWIW) projected Miami vs Texas in the Gator Bowl and Miami vs Houston in the Pop-Tarts Bowl.

Would like the Gator option.

Unfortunately Beck, Bain, Fletcher, Messidor, Mauigoa, CJ Daniels, Thomas, and other draft eligible players could opt out. Plus any players thinking of or committed to jumping into the Portal.

We'd have to watch Emory start at QB but hopefully we would see Pringle, Toney, Upshaw, and Moore play a full game. Maybe both of Gilbert and Schott at TE.

Why would beck daniels thomas or fletcher opt out barring injury
3rd day or non drafted players shouldn't

But bowl games are pointless now.

Agreed.

Anything outside of the CFP is now football's version of the NIT.

Fletcher mentioned in that group is wild

Martinez went 7th round. Fletcher might get drafted in the UFL

If Miami finishes the season 10-2 and is still screwed out of the playoffs, who would you want to play in the big bowl game ? 🤔 I say Texas or USC

Couldn't care less who we played. It'd be cool for players to get some run, wouldn't really care about the outcome.
