Who would you like to see as the #4 team in the CFP?

Although utah would be fun to see, i hope everyone is aware that Alabama makes it in over both baylor and utah if they win. their is no way the committee doesn't use "the eyeball test" to bump bama over those two teams

I want Wisconson........................

.............that way it is certain that we will not get crushed by them again in a bowl game.

The 4 best teams are currently in the top 4, too bad the season won't end that way, think LSU just gets by UGA this weekend knocking them out.

Assuming chalk holds....OSU, LSU, and Clemson will be the top 3 seeds. That 4th spot is a mystery, though.

A lot of different scenarios can unfold this weekend, but I hope Utah beats Oregon and Georgia loses to LSU. I’m sick of the SEC and I want to see some fresh blood in the CFP, even though I don’t necessarily have anything against OU. If not Utah, it would be cool to see Baylor somehow get in.

What are you all rooting for?
Well you know the "eye test" tells us that Alabama is the best team even though they lost twice. So they should get in, get the number 1 seed, and still be declared national champs unless they lose by 100.

Oklahoma. I'd like to see Hurts get some revenge. The kid lost his job, didn't pout, and works his *** off

Not so sure about this.

They will be 10 point dogs and even a win in the semis would be a surprise. But they are physical, well-coached, and Huntley/Moss is a potent combo.
It looks like they will draw Ohio State, which is probably their best matchup. Utah's secondary was exposed by the USC air raid, so Clemson and LSU would be more likely to take advantage of that (and yes, I realize Fields has like a 40/1 TD/int ratio or something).

I think Utah's power rating is still a little low based on their strength of schedule. They've covered every game since the USC loss and have been manhandling people.

If they have a convincing win Friday night, they should be in. Unfortunately I think the committee set it up for Oklahoma to pass them with a win over No. 7 Baylor.
Very valid points, Scranton. I think I'm putting too much weight on that USC loss. I watched every snap of that game (mainly because I had a bunch of money on the Utes LOL) and came away SO disappointed in what I saw. I mean that game wasn't even remotely as competitive as the final score makes it seem. Utah had no answer whatsoever for those athletic wide outs SoCal fields. It was painful to watch. I had come into this season with massively high expectations for them and I pretty much wrote them off in my mind after that one.

But you make great points above, and they absolutely are a tough, physical, well-coached team. Plus that USC loss was a long time ago and they having been laying waste to opponents ever since. So maybe my assessment of Utah as a playoff team is wrong. Maybe the USC game was just an off night. But, man, they had no answer for the Trojans that night. None.

Oklahoma 0-3 in playoff games, seen enough of them but I do Like their offense

I agree.. The weird part is that I think Oklahoma can beat LSU, but would have no shot against Ohio State.. and that's who they'd get..

I don't believe Utah has the consistency on offense to beat either one.. but I think their defense would fair the best against OSU (out of all the teams in the top 6)

You sleeping on that Clemson defense. More disruptive than Utah, lower ppg, ypg and ypp than Utah. Also better athletes who know how to win big games.
