Who will be the 1st Cane drafted and in what round?

Chad Thomas-3rd
RJ Mcintosh-early 4th
Walton-early 5th
Norton-late 5th
Herndon-6th
McDermott-7th
Harris-7th
Delaney-Fa

If Herndon is healthy and has a really good Pro Day I could see him going as early as the 5th round. I'm thinking:

Thomas - late 3rd/early 4th
Herndon - 5th
Walton - 5th-6th
McIntosh - 6th
Norton - 6th-7th
McDermott - 6th-7th
Delaney - 7th (measurables will get him drafted IMO)
Harris - FA (and I think he makes a team and excels)

Maybe my bitterness about Mac and Norton is clouding my judgement but I think they keep our string of early-entree mistakes alive a la Marcus Forston.

Edit: Forgot Berrios - I think he might go 7th as well, maybe undrafted. A lot depends on his shuttle and 40 times at Pro Day.

10 wins and the Coastal when this is your draft-eligible talent.

So...how good is Mark Richt???

MCDermott will be intersting.

Not endorsing him as a player, we all saw his shortcomings. But he still graded out well this season and I have a feeling he’ll stick in the league for a while.

Imo Everybody on this list will get drafted higher than where you predict

That’s a lot of guys with a potential future in the NFL. On top of that, not only draft eligible players play for UM. That’s why the “draft eligible” argument is retarded.

Conceivably, a marquee college team could have 10 sophomores and freshmen contributors who are future first round picks.

What argument?

You guys are saying that UM won't have anyone drafted in the first two rounds.

How many Power 5 teams won 10 games and their division with that same situation and how does this reflect on Mark Richt's performance?

It's not an argument. It's a question.
