Maybe wrong thread (so apologize in advance), but if Pitt receiver catches that pass across the middle, does Knowles make the saving tackle? I only saw the one angle on replay, but looked like he might have overshot it and could have got burned. Anyone got some still shots of that?

Knowles was in position, but Ffrench has some impressive open field elusiveness (made Gurvan Hall miss bad on a screen). Put it this way, I'm glad he dropped it.

Maybe I've missed something but I havent heard a thing about Pickney's status overall. That usually doesn't bode well for a quick return.

If he is going to miss another few games McCloud is going to have an incredibly tough decision to make.
 
JT will be back. Dallas made the trip to Pittsburgh so he has to be close to playing. McCloud is done for the year so we really need Pinckney back next week otherwise its a full game of Ragone

Get off knowles jock, that man has been a True Cane, all he does is work hard and has gotten better. On that play you talking about that was bolden's fault anyway, he was the one that was suppose to take the inside away on that play, but credit knowles for showing up, showed his awareness. Also shouts out to coach banda who's done a Great job with knowles, that's how you know banda is a good coach, and belongs here with coach rumph, that's a real coach, getting best out of a player that most wrote off. I cant wait to see knowles not just get a pick but a pick 6 against the SemiKnowles!

No I saw it live and noticed it right away.
 
I agree that Knowles is a true cane (similar to DeeJay, JMurphy and a few others) and he is playing his best ball since he’s been at da U.

It doesn’t take away the fact that he shouldn’t be on the field if we do a proper job of recruiting and developing players... but that’s on the coaching staff of the past and present.

And maybe he was in perfect position to make the play. That’s why I was asking cause on the replay they showed on ESPN and u see Knowles coming into the picture from the left and almost seem like he was over running the play. Or maybe he was in the perfect position to nail the receiver just after the catch.
