Who was #37?

I was at the game. Can someone tell me who was the lineman with the number 37 jersey that appeared to be coming in when we went with an unbalanced line. I presume that was Cooper. Was it him or was it someone else? Thanks.

Cooper. They used him for jumbo package (basically played him as TE for blocking). So they had to change his number.
