I’m not sure who else stands out. Maybe Ryan Williams?

Arch Manning as a QB with hype but would be lame to see back to back Texas QB’s on the covers.

I think Carson Beck in a Miami uniform would have a case. Probably the most accomplished returning QB in CFB stats and resume wise?
