Who on the Offensive Staff Should be Fired?

Some lower level coaches and assistanceships might go but I don't see Manny cleaning house on offense. The way he talks about the offense improving in his Wednesday Manny Show tells me Enos gets another year.

Blake Baker, however. That dude has got to be gone. If a manager had to come take over my job temporarily because I wasn't getting it done--talk about being laughed right out the door. Baker needs to go. He should go. Unlike Baker, Enos wasn't handed a mostly put together offense.
The offense hasnt improved. Louisville and fsu had by far the worst defenses they played all year. Both of them are ranked in the 100s. That offense has been shìt vs everybody.

Because they don't want to play in this O. Who the **** would? It's not HIM that's the problem, but the OC and QB. If WRs see the O can't get them the ball, they don't want to be here. ****, Stubbs might want to leave himself.
Hopefully he does leave. The guy has done nothing in his career on the trail or as a coach.

Anyone with any sort of football knowledge knows Penos is a dead man walking. Good thing for us, Blake isn’t in charge of firing coordinators and I hope Manny knows he made a big mistake with this fool.

Remember that Manny cleaned house on the offensive side when he was hired, so I know he has the balls to change what isn’t working.

Aside from (again, hopefully) Enos, does Manny fire anyone else on the offensive side of the ball?
He’s already fired an offensive staff and hired guys that are worse. Let him do it again!

1. Keep Enos to be QB's Coach and Co-OC
2. Hire a young OC from a G5 (Boodie Reeder from North Texas for example) to be the passing game coordinator and co-OC
3. Hickson and Stubblefield have been fine hires and their recruiting performance in year 1 reflect this
4. Jury is out on Field and Barry but the former has local recruiting connections and the latter's unit has improved quite a bit as the season has progressed

This is not phrased correctly. Given our pathetic offensive performance, who can you justify being retained?

What has stubblefield done on the trail?

Not playing Enos 1.5 Million to be Co-Oc.

I'd love to know the contract situation with Enos. I'm sure that plays a big role but I don't really know how it works with assistants. Like how long is his contract and would we owe 80% if he's fired, etc? He makes enough money where that could be a big factor.

Hard for me to know who to fire off of performance because this offense is so pathetic you don't know if the position caches are doing a good job or not. So easy answer is fire Enos and then evaluate the other position coaches based off how they do recruiting. Jmo .

after seeing Manny put together this clusterfck of a staff what is it that gives you any hope that he would do any better hiring a better staff if he did fire everyone..which he won’t.

any coach worth a sHT can see Manny is on thin ice and I can’t imagine any decent coach in right mind leaving the security of his current job to board the SS Minnow being run by Gilligan.

until we decide to hire a decent coach who has respect in the coaching community we are going to be stuck with these trash staffs.

Can we stop acting like Manny bringing in his own staff is some sort of unprecedented act?

EVERY COACH DOES IT. stop acting like the firing of Richt’s staff was some sort of sign that he is a good coach. Randy Shannon fired a ton of coaches. It is MEANINGLESS.

smh moron slurper

If Manny doesn’t pull the plug on Enos, that will really make me wonder if he wants to succeed at Miami

another genius here who thinks that saying “manny wants to win” is some unique trait or indication of a good coach.

every single coach wants to win. Randy and Al wanted to win. but like Randy and Al, manny is not competent or experienced enough to do so at Miami.

its truly amazing how dumb these coach slurpers are.

No one is getting fired. Enos is Diaz's boy. The best we can hope for is that Miami brings in a co OC spread guy like LSU did with Brady, and Enos puts his ego aside and accepts the help.
Enos should take a pay cut if he has to get help....
