Who on the Offensive Staff Should be Fired?

Yeah let's give up on a system less than a year into it. And let's give our guys an entire new system to learn. It works out so well to keep changing coordinators.
 
While I get everybody is unhappy with Enos and the guys he brought in, they’ve all secured a killer recruit as their respective position leaders.

Our you tell Enos you love him dearly but think it is best to bring in a co OC to install the spread. Tell him it will be great. Enos leaves. Old corporate tactic. 🙂

No one getting fired. Manny will sink or swim with Enos. Probably for the better. You think Jarren can learn his 3rd system in 3 years? Manny needs to make Enos spread it out more and adapt to modern day football.

Not trying to be a mope but you can argue that we need more than one star recruit at oline, we don’t know if TVF will be a stud, Chaney was going to be a cane no matter what, and I’ll give you the WRs. But I can’t say that rest are enough to keep this staff around.

Manny hired this offensive style and playbook and told the fans we’d have a innovative, modern offense that caused problems for defenses! Why are we upset with Enos? All you had to do was look at Enos schemes at Central Michigan and Arkansas and it should have told everyone what we were getting! Manny Diaz knew full well what Enos scheme was! And Manny Co-signed! This is all on Manny!!!
